Tuna, Chicken and Brown Rice Casserole dish

Ingredients

1 bag Riceland Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 cup water
1 6-ounce can tuna
1 10-ounce can chicken
1 10-ounce can tomatoes with green chilies
1 10-ounce can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1 10-ounce can of chicken broth
½ pound American processed cheese product

Preparation

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add cooked brown rice, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add ½ pound of cubed American processed cheese product. Mix well and serve.

Note—Serve with salad and bread as a meal or with tortilla chips as a dip.
